By accessing and using LivEntri ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
LivEntri provides a software-as-a-service platform for parking management, including dynamic pricing, real-time analytics, contactless entry, and revenue optimization tools for property managers and event venue operators.
To use the Service, you must create a business account with accurate company information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must designate authorized users within your organization.
Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Fees are billed monthly or annually as specified in your plan. Payment processing fees are passed through at cost. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time, with changes taking effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
You retain full ownership of your parking operations data, customer data, and revenue data. LivEntri processes this data solely to provide the Service and generate analytics on your behalf. Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
LivEntri commits to 99.9% platform uptime for Professional and Enterprise plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Service credits are available for qualifying downtime events.
LivEntri provides tools for parking management but is not responsible for on-site operations, physical security, or customer disputes at your facilities. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
